These Booking Conditions explain the terms that apply when you make a booking through BL Atlas, the trading name of BL Prime Limited. They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any supplier terms and conditions relating to your booking.
By proceeding with a booking through BL Atlas, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking Conditions.
BL Atlas acts as a travel consultant and booking agent, helping customers arrange travel services including flights, accommodation, transfers, holidays and other travel experiences.
Where we act as an agent, your contract for the travel service may be directly with the relevant supplier, such as an airline, tour operator, hotel provider, cruise company or other travel partner. The supplier's own booking conditions will apply to the services they provide.
Our role is to assist with researching options, arranging bookings, providing travel information and supporting you throughout the booking process.
A booking request is not confirmed until availability has been verified, required payment has been received and a confirmation invoice or booking confirmation has been issued.
Travel arrangements remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation until the booking has been fully confirmed.
Once confirmed, the customer accepts responsibility for the booking details provided, including passenger names, travel dates, destinations and any other information supplied.
Payment requirements vary depending on the supplier, airline, accommodation provider or travel arrangement selected.
Our Service Fee
BL Atlas may charge a separate Booking & Support Fee for the professional services provided during the booking process.

The BL Atlas Booking & Support Fee is separate from supplier charges, airline fares, accommodation costs or other travel-related payments. Unless otherwise stated, service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Travel prices are based on availability and may change until a booking has been confirmed and payment conditions have been fulfilled.

We will always aim to provide accurate pricing information and advise you of any changes before proceeding with your booking.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
All amendment requests are subject to availability and the terms imposed by the relevant supplier.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger.
Cancellation charges are determined by the supplier's cancellation policy and may vary depending on the travel service booked.
Flight bookings are subject to the airline's Conditions of Carriage and fare rules.
Before confirming flights, customers should carefully check:
Flight changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by airline rules. BL Atlas will assist customers with requests but cannot override airline policies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits and any required travel documentation before departure.
BL Atlas may provide general travel guidance; however, final responsibility for meeting entry requirements remains with the traveller.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain suitable travel insurance before travelling.
Insurance should provide appropriate cover for circumstances including cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings and travel disruption.
We are happy to pass special requests to suppliers, including dietary requirements, room preferences, seating requests or accessibility needs.
While we will make reasonable efforts to communicate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier.
Travel documents, including tickets, vouchers and itineraries, will be provided once the booking has been confirmed and required payments have been completed.
Customers are responsible for checking all documents carefully and notifying us immediately of any errors.
Travel suppliers may occasionally need to make changes or cancellations due to circumstances outside their control, including operational issues, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
Where this occurs, BL Atlas will assist customers by communicating available options from the relevant supplier.
If you experience any issues during your booking or travel journey, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Where the concern relates to a supplier service, we will liaise with the relevant provider where appropriate.
Where applicable, financial protection may be provided through the relevant supplier, ATOL protection, Protected Trust Services (PTS), or other applicable schemes depending on the travel arrangement booked.
Details of applicable protection will be provided with your booking documentation where relevant.
These Booking Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
