We work with established travel suppliers including airlines, tour operators, accommodation providers, transport providers and other travel partners to help customers arrange their travel requirements.
BL Atlas acts as a travel consultant and booking intermediary. Our role is to understand your requirements, research suitable options, arrange bookings, explain important booking conditions and provide support throughout your travel journey.
Where travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, your contract for those services will normally be with the relevant supplier. The supplier's own booking conditions, cancellation policies and terms of carriage will apply.
BL Prime Limited is responsible for providing professional travel consultancy and booking support services but does not operate airlines, hotels, transport services or other travel products supplied by third parties.
We prepare travel quotations based on information and availability available at the time of enquiry.
A booking will only become confirmed once:
Customers should carefully review all confirmation documents and notify us immediately of any errors, including passenger names, dates, destinations or travel arrangements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.
BL Atlas cannot accept responsibility for costs arising from incorrect information supplied by customers.
Payment requirements depend on the supplier, airline, accommodation provider or travel operator involved.
As part of our personalised travel service, BL Atlas may apply a separate Booking & Support Fee.

The BL Atlas Booking & Support Fee is separate from airline, supplier or accommodation charges and will always be communicated before booking confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, this fee relates to professional services already provided and may not be refundable.
Flight bookings are subject to the airline's fare rules and conditions of carriage.

Airline fares are only guaranteed once tickets have been issued by the airline or supplier.
Accommodation and holiday arrangements are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
Information relating to accommodation, facilities, room types, meal plans, activities and services is provided based on information supplied by the relevant provider.
Facilities, services and availability may change due to circumstances outside the control of BL Atlas.
We understand that travel plans may change. Where possible, BL Atlas will assist customers with amendment requests.

BL Atlas cannot guarantee that requested changes will be accepted by suppliers.
Cancellation rights and refund eligibility depend on the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
Where a supplier provides a refund, BL Atlas will assist with the refund process.
Airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers have their own terms covering the services they provide.
Customers are encouraged to review these terms before confirming their booking, particularly regarding cancellations, changes, baggage and travel requirements.
Where applicable, customers booking qualifying ATOL protected flights or flight-inclusive holidays will receive the relevant ATOL documentation.
ATOL protection applies only to eligible bookings and depends on the structure of the travel arrangement and the supplier involved.
Where applicable, customer payments may benefit from financial protection arrangements provided through Protected Trust Services (PTS) via our travel partners.
The level of protection depends on the booking type and applicable arrangements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation.
BL Atlas may provide general travel guidance but customers remain responsible for confirming requirements with the relevant authorities.
We strongly recommend customers obtain suitable travel insurance before travelling.
Insurance should provide appropriate protection for cancellation, medical expenses, travel disruption, baggage loss and other unexpected events.
Customers may request additional requirements such as seating preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility support or room preferences.
We will communicate these requests to suppliers; however, fulfilment cannot be guaranteed.
