Some flight-inclusive holidays and certain flight arrangements are protected under the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme, operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
Where ATOL protection applies, customers will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming what parts of their booking are financially protected.
ATOL protection is designed to protect customers in the event of the failure of an ATOL-protected travel company and provides support in accordance with the ATOL scheme rules.
Through our travel industry partnership, eligible customer payments may be protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS).
PTS provides financial protection through a trust-based system where customer funds are held securely and managed according to PTS requirements.
Where PTS protection applies, customers benefit from additional reassurance that their payments are handled within an established financial protection framework.

We recommend customers review all supplier terms provided with their booking confirmation.
